i have an eleven months old rottie and his parents have huge heads and my dogs still pretty little compare to his parents.
His body is still not wide. How long would it take for his head and body to grow...

I'd recommend that you read my Feeding Puppies and Taking Care Of A Puppy pages to learn more.
A Rottweiler is much more than just the size of his head (or body!), he's a loving, loyal and intelligent animal who loves you unconditionally. Don't get too 'hung up' on how big he is right now and just appreciate who and what he is. Best of luck, enjoy him :o)
